PROP 65
At Cornell Dubilier, we have elected to display the Proposition 65 warning on select products without evaluating the level of exposure. Our products may contain one or more of the over 800 substances the State of California has deemed dangerous. The exposure level in our products may be negligible or within the no significant risk level (NSRL). The primary use of our products is within other devices and present minimal risk to the end-user. The notice enables Californians to make informed decisions about the products they purchase and use. A product displaying the “P65 Warning” does not necessarily mean it violates product-safety standards or requirements. Upon further testing, we reserve the right to discontinue declaring the warning when the determined level of exposure is below the acceptable limit.
